What is Global Women Founders?

A global community empowering women to build their next chapter through entrepreneurship.

Global Women Founders (GWF) is an international community of women founders who support women navigating second-life transitions into entrepreneurship.

We connect across borders and life stages — offering learning, practical insights, and a supportive circle through curated offline meetups (Paris, Tokyo, Singapore), online "Ask the Founder "sessions, and real founder stories.

Our goal is to help more women confidently build their next chapter — with sharing the experience of those who’ve been there.

What We Do

Connect

Curated gatherings and global meetups to build meaningful community, just getting to know other women like us.
5 events already held in 2024–25 in Tokyo, Singapore, and Paris.

Voices

Honest founder journeys — not the PR version. Failure, resilience, reinvention, second lives, navigating culture shocks

Ask the Founder

“Ask the Founder” calls, informal workshops, real talk about what works (and what doesn’t) when building a business abroad or in transition.

Second Life Academy

Your next chapter, on purpose. For women 40+ looking to reinvent through learning, creativity, and emotional wellness. ( COMING SOON)

Ask the Founder Session

Every 2 month, we host an ASK THE FOUNDER session — a space to connect with experienced women founders and learn from their real-life journeys.

Bring your questions, hear what worked (and what didn’t), and gain insights to move your next chapter forward — faster.

Open to women founders and entrepreneurs in transition — building across borders and life stages.
